The subject property is situated in an older residential area known as Lathrop Acres. It is staff’s position that if this subdivision is approved it will enhance the aesthetics of the surrounding areas and encourage similar infill developments in this area.

The development standards of this subdivision will be based on Chapter 17.32 of the City Code, which governs low-density single-family residential districts.
